After all fees associated with your complete and compliant permit application are paid, your permit can be issued.
Intake staff will call you when your permit is ready to pick up at the Building Department, 517 E. Hopkins, Garden Level
Maintaining Your Records:
At issuance of your permit you will receive a bright orange permit record. You MUST post this in an easily visible location at the job site.
In addition, you must keep a stamped approved set of blueprints at the work site at all times.
It is the responsibility of the contractor and/or the owner to be knowledgeable about all elements on the field set of plans.
