Building Permits:

Submissions of applications for Building Permits require that you schedule an appointment with the Community Development Permit Coordinator.

Please call 970-920-5090 ext. #2 or email permitcoordinators@cityofaspen.com to schedule an appointment to submit your Building Permit application.

 

Appointments are available Monday-Thursday, 9:00AM-11:00AM; 1:00PM-3:00PM.

Certain fees will be due at time of application submittal.

 

Stand-alone permits: 
Submissions of applications for stand-alone plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire sprinkler and alarm permits, can be made to the Building Department without an appointment between the hours of 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., M-F (excluding recognized holidays) at the front desk.

 

Submissions of applications for stand-alone tent, fence and sign permits, can be made to City Hall 3rd floor Planning Department front desk without an appointment between the hours of 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., M-F (excluding recognized holidays).
