Submit a Land Use Application
General Land Use Application:
After you receive a pre-application summary, you may submit a general Land Use Application Packet.

 

 

Materials Included in the General Application :

  1. Development Application Fee Policy, Schedule and Agreement Form
  2. Land Use Application Form
  3. Dimensional Requirements Form
  4. Matrix of Land Use Application Requirements
  5. General Summary of Your Application Process
  6. Public Hearing Notice Requirements
  7. Affidavit of Notice
All sections of the packet must be completed before submittal.

 

Historic Property Land Use Application:

The following application is for development on properties listed on the "Aspen Inventory of Historic Sites and Structures," or for properties within Aspen's Historic Districts.

 

 

Included in the packet are the following materials:
  1. Development Application Fee Policy, Schedule and Agreement Form
  2. Land Use Application Form
  3. Submittal Requirements
  4. Summary of the Application Process
  5. Public Hearing Notice Requirements
  6. Affadavit of Notice
All sections of the packet that were indicated as necessary from your pre-app must be completed before submittal.

 

Submit Your Application:

Submit the completed land use application to the Planning and Zoning Department.
