The Capital Asset department manages the City’s capital development and building maintenance projects. The City’s capital projects vary greatly in scale, scope and character. Projects may be of a scale as large as the 200+ dwelling unit Burlingame Ranch affordable housing development, or projects may be as technically-complex as the multimedia system in the City Hall Council Chambers meeting room.
With a diverse set of project management experience and skills, the Capital Asset department serves as a centralized project management team.
Other Capital Asset development projects include the Aspen Recreation Center (ARC), Isis Theatre, Historic Water Plant Restoration, the Animal Shelter, Stillwater affordable housing development, Truscott affordable housing development and many more.
