About the Director
Scott Miller became Capital Asset Director in December 2008. Scott has over 35 years of experience in the building and development business, having held executive positions for several regional and national developers in the Denver area. Scott has been responsible for commercial and residential projects with a total value of over $1.5 billion.
Scott oversees the Capital Asset Department and Engineering Department, responsible for management of larger capital construction projects, management and maintenance of existing assets, and sharing responsibility for the City’s Asset Management Plan with the Finance Department.
Scott holds a B.A. from Kent State University and recently earned his certification as a mediator.
