Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment consists of a five member volunteer board of city residents that are appointed by City Council, each to a four year term. In general, the Board hears variance requests from the dimensional standards of the land use code.
Meetings
Meetings are generally the first Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in the Sister Cities Room at Aspen City Hall.
