Historic Preservation Commission
The Historic Preservation Commission consists of a seven member volunteer commission of city residents that are appointed by City Council, each to a four year term. The Commission is comprised of both professional and lay members whom have an interest or training in fields closely related to historic preservation. The Commission makes recommendations to City Council on the historic designation of districts and individual properties, as well as reviews and approves certain applications associated with a designated property.
