The State Historical Fund awarded the City of Aspen, on behalf of the Aspen Grove Cemetery Association, a historic preservation grant to draft a preservation plan for Aspen Grove Cemetery. The Cemetery is owned and operated by the Aspen Grove Cemetery Association. The City of Aspen contributed 50% of the the funds for the preservation plan and State matched the contribution.
Individual gravesite analysis forms, organized by block and lot, were completed as an appendix to the preservation plan. A site plan of the cemetery that delineates blocks and lots is found here.
