County Code

ALERT!  A proposedOrdinance Amending Various Sections of the 2006 Pitkin County Land Use Code, Title 8 of the Pitkin County Code, and the Pitkin County Land Use Application Manual with Regard to Oil and Gas Operations will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners at a first reading on March 10, 2010 and a second reading and public hearing on March 24, 2010. 

 

ALERT!  Ordinance No. 001-2010 Repealing Chapter 11.32 of the Aspen/Pitkin Energy Conservation Code and Adopting the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code, with Amendments and Reinstating Chapter 11.32 of Title 11 of the Pitkin County Code as the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code will go into effect on March 9, 2010.
