As an addition, we have included calculation worksheets as well as several BMPs that should be considered within your design.
Notice: As of June 8, 2011, Chapter 1 and Chapter 5 of the Urban Runoff Management Plan have changed. The updated versions are available below. All projects submitting for building permit after June 1, 2011 are required to meet these updated standards. Ordinance 16, Series 2011, adopting these changes is provided here.
Notice: Chapter 25.18 of Municipal Code was appealed in its entirety on June 8, 2011. This chapter established the Stormwater System Development Fee which has been removed.
Notice: A new Section 2.12.140 of the Municipal Code was added on June 8, 2011 establishing the fee-in-lieu of detention. Additionally Chapter 28.03 was established that further defines the fee-in-lieu of detention. Ordinance 15, Series 2011, adopting these changes is provided here. The Municipal Code sections provided below have been updated to reflect these changes.
Notice: Fee-In-Lieu of Detention. In some cases, the City will allow development projects to pay a fee in lieu of providing the required amount of detention (see Chapter 5 - Detention for detention requirements).
