Local Ozone Levels

Aspen's March Ozone Levels

 

This graph represents Aspen’s 8-hour ozone averages for the month of March, 2012 as compared to EPA’s standard.  On March 26th, Aspen had its first 8-hour average of 60 ppb for 2012. This is the earliest Aspen has had a reading this high. The range between 60 ppb and 70 ppb is considered by EPA to be of concern for people with respiratory illness.
