All products are subject to 9.0% sales tax. For Custom Mapping and Data Services, this will be applied to the first $31.00 of the order.

• Custom Mapping & Analysis

Maps of custom area, scale, size and data layers.

• A rate of $150.00 per hour ($75.00 minimum) will be charged on all custom mapping.
• An 8.5"x11" or 11"x17" screen shot of a property in a standard Aspen/Pitkin GIS map template is $12.00.
• Copies of large format maps are $17.00 per plot.

• Mailing Label Lists

300' radius property owners list, adjacent owners list or custom geographic extent.

• $120.00 per search (first 60 names and addresses).
• $1.25 extra per labels sheet (each additional 30 names and addresses).

 

• Data Exports

GIS data is available for purchase for custom extents or as a countywide data layer.

• Minimum charge is $35.00 per layer.
• A fee of $75.00 will be charged to convert data into CAD format.
• All data exports require the signature of the GIS-LicenseAgreement.

 

• Standard Maps

General maps illustrating parcels, zoning, roads, town boundaries, etc. can be used for planning and information purposes.

• Small Format (11"x17" or smaller) is $12.00 per map.
• Large Format (larger than 11"x17") is $31.00 per map.

 

• Data Subscription

Subscribe to all GIS data layers for 1 year with quarterly updates (contours and orthophotos are not included but may be purchased separately).

• $1200.00 per year.

 

• Digital Submission Fee

             $220.00

 

• Charges and Fees
  • Rush Fees - Orders required within 24 hours will be assessed a $40 rush fee.
  • DVD/CD fee - $2.00.
  • Custom Mapping - Minimum charge of $75.00.
  • Mailing Labels - Minimum charge of $120.00 plus extra label fee (if applicable).
  • Data Exports - Minimum charge of $35.00 and CAD conversion fee of $75.00.
