HOW DO I APPLY FOR FOOD ASSISTANCE?
First, fill out an application using one of three methods:
- Apply online using the Colorado PEAK website. This is the quickest way to apply. You can also screen yourself to see if you're eligible for different programs like Medicaid.
- Print out an application. Click here for applications in English and Spanish. You can mail the application to Customer Service, P.O. 660, Eagle, CO 81631.
- Pick up an application at our Aspen or El Jebel office, fill it out, and drop it off or hand it to our Health & Human Services staff for processing.
