UPS provides the County and District courts with sentencing alternatives beneficial to the community and appropriate for violators of petty offenses, misdemeanors and felonies. It provides alternatives to incarceration to satisfy conditions of probation. The UPS program enhances opportunities for adult offenders to make a positive contribution to the community.
Registration Is On County Court Tuesdays
Location: Entrance is located at the attached building next to the Jail with black railing. If office not
open, please go to the Jail next door for information & registration.
Times: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm AND 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
OR call the above number to schedule an appointment if you are unable to register
during registration hours.
