Q: I recently received a Moving Violation in the City of Aspen. Is there any program I can attend
to dismiss the points?
A: If you have a clean Driving History for the past FIVE years you would be eligible to take a
Defensive Driving Class or complete an online Traffic School.
A) First you must contact the Municipal Court Clerk at (970) 429-2681 to see if you are
eligible for this option.
B) A $100 fee to the City of Aspen must be paid.
C) Completion of the class must be provided within 90 days of the date on the ticket.
