To request a copy of a dispatch recording, please complete a Request for Dispatch Recording form. You can obtain a form in the following ways:
- Download a request form online.
- Call Records at (970) 920-5320 to have a request form sent to you.
- Contact Records by email to have a request form sent to you.
- Stop by in person to pick up a request form.
Completed forms can be faxed, mailed, scanned and emailed, or hand-delivered to the APD Records Office (located in the Pitkin County Jail building, behind the Courthouse at 506 E. Main Street). No recordings will be released without a signed and completed request form and payment of the appropriate fees.
