The project will include, but is not limited to: Professional services to analyze the City Water Utility’s site, evaluate and understand organizational needs, and develop an Aspen Community Development Department application, including any reports and necessary plans describing those needs, methods of addressing them, estimated current year costs, and a potential multi-year program for constructing any recommended new infrastructure.
