Purchasing: City of Aspen

The project will require, but is not limited to, the following:  obtaining proper permit, bedding and Backfill, install water station per manufacturer’s specifications, install meter and backflow prevention, replacement of asphalt and curb and gutter, replace asphalt per square footage, replace curb and gutter per linear foot, and revegetate all disturbed areas per City of Aspen Parks Department requirements.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Koch Lumber Park, at 10:00am, April 25, 2012. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is essential to convey the bidder’s questions regarding the plans and specifications to the project manager.

Bonds will be required for this project!
