The scope of work is composed of constructing twelve (12) sandstone pilasters
in two phases. The pilaster columns are
adjacent to three (3) separate pedestrian bridges being built at Rio Grande
Park in central Aspen. Phase 1 scope of
work includes completion of four (4) pilasters clad in Colorado Buff sandstone
veneer and Lyons Red sandstone caps.
Phase 2 will include the complete construction of eight (8) pilasters
built in the same manner as the Phase 1 pilasters.
Phase 1 scope of work is
expected to commence immediately following contract award. Phase 2 scope of work is anticipated to occur
