Sealed proposals will be received at the City of Aspen Purchasing office until 2:00p.m., August 10, 2010, at which time the proposals will be opened and reviewed, for the following City of Aspen project: 

Catering Services for the Golden Leaf Half Marathon

The project will include, but is not limited to:  complete catering services for approximately 1000 people including food, drinks, compostable plates, cuts, napkins, and forks, tables, tents and any equipment needed, trash removal, and clean up for a set price per person.
