RECYCLABLE ITEMS
 We accept the following items from households at no charge:
 Newspaper, office pack, tin and aluminum cans, glass bottles, plastic containers #1 through #7,
 phone books, magazines, plastic grocery bags, and cardboard.

OTHER FEES 
Colorado Solid Waste User Fee (collected under C.R.S. §25-16-104.5 and 6 CCR 1007-2 §1.7.3): $1.38 per ton 
or $.42 per cubic yard. Fee applies to all items that go into the permanent landfill.
Regional Waste Management Outreach (collected under Pitkin County Ordinance No. 98-44): $.33 per ton
or $.10 per cubic yard (or count equivalent). Fee applies to most incoming items entering the Solid Waste Center.
