Fitness & Wellness

 

The Senior Center offers a variety of enjoyable fitness opportunities for the active adult 60 and up. Some activities include:

 

  • A variety of exercise classes offered on-site, including Yoga, Balance and Arthritis Exercise

 

  • Organized ski days on the local mountains, usually 4 days per week

  • Weekly cross-country and snowshoe outings

  • Winter & summer hut trips

  • Other health promotion events including flu shots, foot care, massages and the annual Senior Health Fair

  • Activities, Events & Outings

  • Support Groups
