RFTA Bus Services for Seniors- Service on all Aspen and Snowmass Village routes is free for everyone
- Seniors age 65+ also travel FREE of charge on the Hwy 82 corridor
- Limited to regular bus routes and times
- Be prepared to show driver proof of age
- Free door-to-door service for seniors on Mt. Valley Dial-A-Ride (920-9999)
Senior Van (in conjunction with RFTA)- FREE door-to-door service for appointments, shopping, errands and senior programs
- For seniors age 60+, wheelchair accessible
- Available Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8-4; Thursday 8:30-3:30
- Serves Aspen area, Snowmass Village and Woody Creek
- To arrange a pick-up, call Senior Services 920-5432 24 hours in advance
Paratransit Service for people with disabilities and mobility impairment- Geographic and other eligibility restrictions apply
- Call RFTA at 925-4482 for information and arrangements
- For Snowmass Village paratransit service call 923-2543 8am-5pm (after hours call 923-3500)
- All arrangements must be made the day prior to requested service
Taxi- Use only for essential trips where other options cannot serve
- HALF-PRICE service from Mountain High Taxi. Senior Services pays half and client pays half. Call 925-TAXI (8294)
- Available whenever the Senior Van is not operating
Volunteer Escort- Available for unusual situations, e.g. out-of-town medical visits or special assistance needs
