Complete the Change of Ownership Form and either fax the form to 970-920-5086 or bring it to the Utility Billing office, located on the first floor in City Hall, along with a copy of the first page of the Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate or Deed Warranty property transfer verification.

What is a Water Meter Inspection?
An inspection is done at no cost to the customer to insure the installation and equipment meets city ordinances. A meter technicians inspects the meter, located inside your property, as well as your remote, located on the exterior of your property.
