Several online options for water and electric bill payment are available, but no matter how you choose to pay, you can always go paperless with your bills.
With paperless billing we will email a link to your bill each month rather than send a paper copy in the mail, and we'll donate $20 to the Aspen Parks Department to have a tree planted on your behalf. Sign up for paperless billing, and see how else you can help enhance our community and our forest.
Below are our three payment options, other than the traditional mail-in payment.
On the monthly due date, the City of Aspen will contact your bank and automatically deduct the payment from your account. With this option, you do not pay any convenience fees to your bank. You will continue to receive bills in the mail that tell you the amount due, until you sign up for paperless billing.
Automatic payment should begin the next billing statement; keep paying your bill until your statement reflects that you are using AUTO PAY.
Pay from any computer using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express with Online Payments as often as you like. BankServ will charge a convenience fee of 2.5% the transaction amount.
You just need your account number and Customer ID number, and you will continue to receive a paper bill until you register for paperless billing.
Pay from any computer using your checking or savings account with Online Payments. BankServ will charge an additional $3.00 convenience fee.
You just need your account number and Customer ID number, and you will continue to receive a paper bill until you sign up for paperless billing.
