The City of Aspen was recently notified our bill printing and online statement/eBill provider will no longer support us. We have a new provider as of the April 2017 billing cycle.
The City will be providing additional information in the coming months. Our goal is to minimize the impact to our customers. However, services may be changing as we work through the process.
