The ZGreen Business Program helps your business identify and implement green practices and strategies. It also provides your business and your clients with a green certification that truly means something. In today's market, where "green" is a hot trend and "green washing" is all too common, ZGreen certification provides businesses and their customers with a trustworthy and verifiable guarantee of environmental stewardship.
- Fill out the checklist. Businesses need at least 50 points to become certified (55 for hotels).
- Complete the Business Energy Tracker - Optional (Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet).
- City Staff will contact you to schedule a site visit.
- Recertification is required every two years.
The ZGreen Program certifies businesses within the Aspen Greenhouse Gas Emissions Boundary (from Aspen to the Aspen Business Center).
