The City of Aspen is committed to engaging the Aspen community in energy awareness. We provide outreach and education opportunities through the Utilities Bulletin, Faces of Efficiency project, Saturday Farmer's Market, and one-on-one assistance. The Utilities Energy Efficiency Division offers many opportunities to help reduce your energy consumption, lower utility bills, become more energy efficient and increase your overall awareness of energy use.

BPI and Energy Assessments: Scheduling an energy assessment requires one quick, easy step!


Faces of Efficiency: An Energy Efficiency outreach program focused on spreading the word about the benefits of energy assessments and home improvements.


DIY Tutorials:The do-it-yourself tutorials provide simple, easy steps to home energy efficiency improvements.


CFLs: We have a CFL fact sheet available as well as suggestions for buying the right brand, style, and wattage for your CFLs.


Utilities Bulletin: These inserts provide energy-saving tips, suggest energy efficient appliances, and inform our customers of upcoming events and breaking news. 


Outreach & Education: We are involved with other programs such as Living Wise with 5th Graders, Aspen’s Saturday Market, and more.
