The cost of the BPI-certified home energy assessment is $125 up to a 3,500 square foot area.
You will also be reimbursed for improvements made to your home based upon the auditor’s recommendations. The reimbursement value is up to $225.
Note: You will only receive a reimbursement for improvements that are not already included in one of our prescribed rebate programs. Examples of acceptable improvements include, but are not limited to:
- The purchase of CFLs, caulking material, insulation material, or a programmable thermostat
- Hiring a contractor for insulation improvements
