City Cuts 16 Positions in Proposed Budget

Affordable Housing - New Requirements

The City of Aspen and Pitkin County have passed new guidelines for affordable housing homeowners. The guidelines require that dues to homeowners’ associations be paid on time and in full and expand the area where owners and renters of deed-restricted property cannot own other residential property.
