Update: Sheen Arrested on Domestic Violence ChargesSheen Released from Pitkin County Jail ASPEN, CO - 12/25/2009 – Carlos Irwin Estevez, also known as Charlie Sheen, 44, of Encino, California was held in the Pitkin County Jail until he was advised by 9th Judicial District Court Judge James Boyd Friday evening. At approximately 7PM, Mr. Sheen was released from the Pitkin County Jail after posting an $8,500 bond with standard domestic violence bond conditions. His next scheduled court appearance is on February 8, 2010 at 10:30AM, at the Pitkin County Courthouse.

Arrest of Carlos Irwin Estevez Friday, December 25, 2009 (3432 reads)
Press Release On Christmas Day, Friday December 25, 2009 at approximately 1120 AM Carlos Irwin Estevez, also known as the actor Charles I. Sheen, was brought to the Pitkin County Colorado Jail for booking and incarceration following his arrest by the Aspen Police Department. Estevez had been arrested for Second Degree Assault, a class four felony, Menacing, a class five felony and Criminal Mischief, a class one misdemeanor. All charges are coupled with a domestic violence component. Mr. Estevez has a total bond amount of $8,500. As with all domestic violence cases, Mr. Estevez will remain incarcerated, held without bond, at the jail until his case undergoes its initial judicial review.

Sheen Arrested on Domestic Violence Charges ASPEN, CO - 12/25/2009 – On Friday, December 25, 2009 at 8:34AM the Aspen Pitkin County Communications Center received a 911 call regarding a domestic violence situation at 320 West Hallam Street, Aspen, Colorado. Officers from the Aspen Police Department responded immediately to the scene and upon arrival investigated the incident. Officer Rick Magnuson placed Carlos Irwin Estevez , also known as Charlie Sheen, 44, of Encino, California under arrest for Second Degree Assault, a class four felony, Menacing, a class five felony and Criminal Mischief, a class one misdemeanor. All charges are coupled with a domestic violence component. Mr. Sheen is being held with no bond.
