In reference to the Pitkin County Coroner's Office Investigation pertaining to the death of George W Aldrich II, toxicology results have indicated that the blood alcohol content was 294mg% which is slightly higher than three and a half times the legal driving limit.  This information will be listed as a contributing factor to the death of Mr. Aldrich.  

The injuries sustained indicate he died instantly on impact.  A fall from this height is universally non-survivable.
