City of Aspen’s Utility Department seeks customers whose health would be at risk in power outage

Aspen, Colorado – August 23, 2011 – As part of an emergency preparedness plan, theCity of Aspen seeks to identify and survey electric service customers who would have compromised health during a power outage.  Customers who use life-sustaining equipment or have other health issues that would be adversely affected by a power outage should contact the City utility department for more information or to obtain a survey.
