The City of Aspen is offering spring cleanup from May 10-15. This year,
there is one big change. You MUST schedule pickup; no exceptions. Citizens
should call 970-920-5130 no later than 3 p.m. on May 7 to schedule their pick
up. There are no alley pick ups available.
Waste should be placed between the curb and sidewalk with branches/wood
parallel to the street. Branches/wood of eight feet or less, yard waste in
biodegradable or clear plastic bags, metals, trash and tires are all acceptable
items for pickup and should be placed into separate piles.
We cannot take the following items:

garbage

Construction
debris
-
Batteries
or Paint
-
Refrigerators
-
Hazardous
Waste
-
Anything
with a memory chip (call 970-920-5039 for electronic recycling information).
