Fall Transit and Parking

•Parking in Aspen is free on Saturdays in the fall season.

•Paid parking will be enforced Monday through Friday. Sundays are always free.

•Carpools of two or more adults can park for free in designated spaces around Aspen with a carpool parking permit. Carpool permits are available on weekdays from the Airport Parking Kiosk.

 

Aspen shuttles began their fall season schedule on Sept. 8.The Galena and Cross Town shuttles have ended their summer season. The Galena Shuttle will return on Nov. 26, and the Cross Town Shuttle will return on Dec. 12.

 

The Castle Maroon, Cemetery Lane, Hunter Creek and Mountain Valley routes will operate on the following fall schedule until Dec. 12: Monday -Saturday 7 a.m. to 12 a.m.; Sundays 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

 

The Burlingame/Hwy 82 route will operate on the following schedule until Dec. 12: Daily 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

 

High Mountain Taxi will provide free late night taxi service on Friday and Saturday nights this fall. Service departs Rubey Park at 12:30 a.m., 1 a.m., 1:30 a.m. and 2 a.m. Taxis will drop you at any City bus stop. High Mountain Taxi will also provide free, on-demand Cross Town Shuttle service this fall. For more information, call 970-925-TAXI.
