ASPEN, CO - 07/09/2010 – In response to a motion filed by Carlos Estevez’ attorney, 9th Judicial District Court Chief Judge James Boyd has entered an order continuing the July 12 disposition hearing to Monday, Aug. 2 at 4 PM. The motion requested that the hearing be continued to allow both parties to pursue a possible plea disposition.
The same security provisions set forth during previous Sheen hearings will apply on Aug. 2. The Decorum Order entered by Judge Boyd also remains in effect.
