AACP 'Clicker' Questions Available Online, Results from Wheeler Sessions Available
The City of Aspen and Pitkin County recently held keypad voting sessions at the Wheeler Opera House, where roughly 160 participants shared their thoughts on about 20 questions related to the Aspen Area Community Plan Update. Results of those three ‘clicker sessions’ are available here.
The sessions were held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, but the session on Tuesday experienced a technical error which sent participants home without a chance to give their input. While a session was added for Wednesday afternoon, the City and County still wanted to provide more opportunities for those individuals, and others who may have missed all of the sessions, to provide their input online.
“We put the exact questions from the Wheeler sessions into an online survey,” said Long-Range Planner Jessica Garrow. “It is our hope that we can get more community feedback this way, but we do hope that those who attended a session do not also take the survey online. We would like for the online survey to be a tool for those who could not be in attendance.”
