Waivers Intended to Assist Travelers Inconvenienced by Airport Construction
(Aspen, CO) Recent United Express flight diversions that occurred as a result of local airport construction combined with poor weather have prompted the airline to offer “Travel Waivers” for anyone currently booked on flights into or out of Aspen through October 6th. The waivers allow travelers to make one free change, including the opportunity to reroute from Grand Junction, Eagle or Denver.
“We’re delighted United Express is offering waivers for our local travelers,” said Assistant Airport Director, David Ulane. “We continue to make good progress on the runway extension project and the traveling public and airlines’ understanding and cooperation makes everything run smoother.”
