What's New?

On any given week in the City of Aspen and Pitkin County, there are meetings and work sessions of our elected officials, citizens groups and boards. There also may be government-sponsored events, such as community picnics, neighborhood meetings, etc. Please refer to our calendar for details. You can even sign up for e-notification on topics that interest you.

If you can’t make it to a meeting in person, you can watch many of them on CGTV, Channel 11 or Webcast (live and archived meetings).

We’ll post alerts when there is something more urgent to communicate with you, and you can even sign up to have emergency alerts sent to all of your devices using PitkinAlert. We also have press releases and newsletters to share more detailed information with you about what’s going on in local government.

Want to join the dialogue? Check out our City Blog and read more about local projects and initiatives and provide your own feedback. You can also keep up with the Mayor, and give him your thoughts, on his blog.

You can also follow the City of Aspen on Facebook and Twitter. Information from Pitkin County Government is also available on Facebook and Twitter .
