To provide Staff, City Council and the public with a long-range financial plan and project management services in order to adequately maintain the City’s assets and infrastructure
The City Attorney is the legal representative of the City and advises the council and city officials in matters relating to their official powers and duties and performs other duties as the council may prescribe

The City Council is the legislative and governing body of the City of Aspen. The City Council sets policy, enacts laws, adopts a budget and hires a City Manager and City Attorney

Provides a Network of TV and FM Transmitters that brings Signals to Rural Residents
Administers the County use tax on construction & building materials.
