Requirements for Driveway Access Permits

Minimal Requirements
  1. All Access Driveway Development permits shall be initially submitted to the Community Development Department.
  2. A Permit is required for all access to county road or construction of new drives or any changes to existing drives.
  3. The permit application shall include:
    1. A site plan showing location of drive on applicant's property and the road to be accessed.
    2. A Plan and Profile of the proposed drive showing existing and proposed conditions.
    3. Cross-Sections (if requested by the County Engineer).
