Pitkin County Community Service Block Grant Applications are available in the fall of each year. Non-profit agencies that serve Pitkin County residents with income levels of 125% or below federal poverty guidelines are eligible to apply. This funding is to help people achieve personal & economic self-sufficiency. The application packet, attached below, gives you further information.
