Services:
The Project Management Department plans and manages the technical work for the construction of improvements on county property. The project manager's job includes all work required to plan, obtain financing, gain land use approval, procure professional services, bid the work, administrate the construction contract and turn over a fully operational improvement to the department or agency that will occupy and utilize it.
