Activites
A variety of activities and programs are provided at the Senior Center
or co-sponsored within the community to improve quality of life, stimulate mental and social
interaction, and develop new interests and abilities. We also have a computer corner with free
Internet and email access for seniors during regular Senior Center hours. See the monthly
newsletter for a complete listing of current offerings.
Fitness and Wellness
A selection of exercise classes and outings helps seniors discover and
continue physical fitness and mental health alternatives. Yoga, physical conditioning, hut trips,
bicycling and skiing are some examples. Prevention and education are also encouraged through
quarterly wellness clinics, an annual senior health fair and topical presentations by health
