This brochure is prepared for the senior citizen or the disabled person who resided in Colorado last year. If you are 65 years old or older, you may qualify for a property tax/rent rebate, heat/fuel rebate, or property tax deferral. You also may be eligible to participate in a property tax work-off program. If you are disabled (regardless of age) you may qualify for a property tax/rent rebate, or heat/fuel rebate.
