License and BEST Card renewal is the responsibility of the contractor.
Building permits are issued only to licensed contractors.
You are only able to license for a period of three years at a time.
You are required to carry insurance in accordance with the Aspen Municipal Code and Pitkin County throughout the duration of your license. If your insurance expires, your license is void.
