Building that Requires Land Use Review
- Residential Design Standards
applies to any new residential development or if there are any changes to the exterior of an existing residential structure.
- Historic Preservation Standards
for any exterior alterations to structures with Landmark or Inventory status, or within the Historic Overlay on the official zone district map.
- Stream Margin Review
for development within 100 feet of the high water line of the Roaring Fork River and its tributaries.
- 8040 Greenline Review
for development located at or above 8040 feet above the mean sea level (the 8040 Greenline) and including that area extending one hundred and fifty feet below the 8040 Greenline.
- Hallam Lake Bluff
for development in the area delineated as the Hallam Lake Bluff area.
- PUD, SPA, or Subdivision Conditions.
- Slope Reduction
applies to properties containing slopes in excess of 20%
- Compliance with Growth Management Quota System
to qualify for an exemption from the GMQS, any new residential Development, including the replacement of demolished residential units, requires affordable housing mitigation.
- Any Previously Imposed Restrictions.
