FUGITIVE DUST:  Any development must implement adequate dust control measures.

It is important that the contractor be aware of the need to control dust on the property. A fugitive dust control plan is recommended for all construction projects which includes, but is not limited to fencing, watering of haul roads and disturbed areas, daily cleaning of adjacent paved roads to remove mud that has been carried out, speed limits, or other measures necessary to prevent windblown dust from crossing the property line or causing a nuisance.
A fugitive dust control plan must be submitted to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Air Quality Control Division if this project will last greater than 6 months.
