Late Fee Registration Fine Effective June 1st, 2009 (mandatory $25 fine, up to $100)

Registration Fees Increase July 1st, 2009

Senate Bill 09-108 was signed into law on Monday, March 3rd, 2009 and represents a "mandatory" fine for late vehicle registration and the largest fee increase for vehicle registration in many years. Please be prepared for an increase in late registration fees and higher registration fees. (click here to learn more)

Board of County Commissioner records - minutes, resolutions, and ordinances; Board of Equalization
Elections - registers voters and conducts primary, general, and November odd-year elections
Liquor Licenses - issues licenses for a Pitkin County establishment outside the city/town limits of Aspen, Snowmass Village, and Basalt
Marriage Licenses - issues licenses for marriages performed in Colorado
Motor Vehicle - registers and titles vehicles for Pitkin County citizens
Recording - records real estate transactions in Pitkin County
