| 2009 Coordinated Election Information |

The November 3rd, 2009 election is a Mail Ballot Election. Registered voters eligible to vote for a candidate or issue on the November ballot will receive a ballot at the mailing address on file in the County Clerk and Recorder's office. Ballots are mailed between October 9th and October 19th.
To verify your current address on file in the County Clerk and Recorder's office, visit the Colorado Secretary of State's website
If an address change is needed, print this form. Complete, sign and date the form and then either:
If you did not receive a ballot and have been a resident of Pitkin County at your current address for at least 30 days before the election date, but failed to register or have moved to a different address within the county, you are required to appear in person in the Clerk and Recorder's office to register or change your address in order to receive a ballot for the November 3rd, 2009 Election.
